Pensão Agrícola, that will provide the user with the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make your reservation. They will also appear on our invoice that we will send you.

Not applicable to the activities of Data Controllers.

User:

The user, who completed the booking form or any other documentation related to it.

Objective:

The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by the user and/or respond to the questions/requests you have placed with us.

Legal base:

– Or the need to execute our contract with you, the user / the need to take action at your request before entering into a contract.

– Or your consent, the user, by checking the acceptance box of the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy Policy and Personal Data is an integral part.

Duration:

We will store the data provided by the user, for the time necessary to manage the reservation that you have made, as well as the accommodation services you requested. Once the management is finished, your data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to receiving marketing and/or commercial information, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

We hired our partner RoomRaccoonB.V. (www.roomraccoon.pt) to manage the booking engine of our business. RoomRaccoon acts under our authority and we have entered into a contract with RoomRaccoon for the provision of its services. We have instructed RoomRaccoon in writing on how the processing should be carried out.

Different user data:

When the user provides us with personal data belonging to another person, he is responsible for such acts, as well as for obtaining the respective consent of said persons for the provision of his data.

Data transfer:

We will not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Rights of data subjects:

Data holders can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email or via the postal service to the contact details on our booking website and on our invoices.

Supervisory authority:
